Every machine gets an individual risk assessment.
Before we quote, we ask about weight, dimensions, connection types, and floor load limits at both sites. We do not send a crew without knowing exactly what they are walking into.
Disconnection and Preparation Every machine is different. We review the manufacturer specs, site drawings, and utility connections before we start work. Electrical isolation, hydraulic depressurisation, pneumatic line disconnection, and coolant drain-down are all handled in the correct sequence. Nothing is physically moved until this phase is complete.
Rigging and Lifting We assess the correct lifting points for each machine — manufacturer data plates, eyebolts, and structural frames. We use appropriate slings, chains, spreader bars, and lifting gear rated to the load. For machines in tight spaces, we use hydraulic skates, gantry systems, or crane trucks as required.
Secured Transport Machinery is loaded onto the appropriate vehicle — flat deck, enclosed truck, or low loader depending on dimensions and weight. Every machine is restrained to prevent movement during transit. For high-precision equipment, we use anti-vibration mounts where available.
Positioning and Recommissioning At the destination, we position each machine to the provided floor plan or site drawing. We reconnect utilities in the correct sequence. For equipment requiring post-move calibration, we note this clearly in the handover documentation so your engineers or the manufacturer service team know what to check.
